The Painter Behind MCE
MEET MARLON.
5+ years behind the paint gun. One vehicle at a time.
MCE Customz is built around the work of Madison automotive painter Marlon Elizalde. With more than five years of hands-on automotive painting experience, Marlon has developed his craft working on everything from individual bumpers and body panels to complete vehicle paint projects.
BUILT FROM THE WORK.
MCE Customz wasn't created to become another high-volume body shop.
It grew from years of Marlon working directly on vehicles, developing his automotive painting skills and taking on increasingly involved projects.
What started with hands-on paint and refinishing work has developed into MCE Customz — a dedicated automotive paint brand serving drivers and enthusiasts who care about how their vehicle looks when the job is finished.
From repainting a single damaged bumper to transforming an entire vehicle, the same principle applies: the finished paint is only as good as the work underneath it.
Hands-on automotive painting experience
Experience isn't measured only by how long someone has held a spray gun. Every project teaches something different — from surface preparation and panel condition to color, repair requirements and finishing. Marlon's experience allows MCE Customz to approach each vehicle as its own project rather than forcing every customer into a generic package.
MADISON ROOTS. AUTOMOTIVE CRAFT.
Marlon is from the Madison, Wisconsin area and has built his automotive painting experience locally.
Over more than five years of hands-on work, he has developed experience across automotive refinishing, surface preparation, minor body repair and complete paint projects.
MCE Customz represents the next stage of that experience — building a recognizable business around the work Marlon has spent years developing. Customers are dealing directly with someone who understands the actual work being performed.

PAINT IS THE LAST THING YOU SEE.
PREPARATION IS WHAT MAKES IT WORK.
Automotive painting is much more than spraying color onto a vehicle. A proper result starts with understanding the condition of the surface underneath. MCE Customz evaluates the actual vehicle before determining the appropriate process — which is why major paint projects are quoted individually rather than treated like identical jobs.
